CareerPatrizia Gucci worked for Gucci as the International Public Relations representative for the Gucci family business, and later as a designer for the company. She left the company after 12 years, as one of the last members of the family to work for the company.[2] In 1996 she started to work as an independent designer, designing a collection of leather furniture. Patrizia Gucci also began to dedicate herself to painting and she had her first exhibition in Bahrain, her second in Florence at Palazzo Antinori, then in Vienna 2004 and in Budapest 2009.[3] Life and familyPatrizia Gucci’s father is Paolo Gucci,[1] who is a former Gucci design chief. He died in 1995 the age of 64.[4] Patrizia has a sister named Elisabetta, who planned to open a boutique hotel in Dubai in 2010.
