Perniclas Bedow (b. Sept 17, 1976) is a Swedish graphic designer and art director. Bedow is the founder and co-owner of the eponymous design studio.[1]. His work has won numerous international design awards such as Art Directors Club of New York[2], Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity[3][4], Design and Art Direction[5], Epica Awards[6], European Design Awards[7] and The One Club[8] Bedow's design is known for being playful yet simple - British magazine It’s Nice That describes the work as “simple, thoughtful, practical design that’s easy to engage with and comfortable to have around”[9]. During 2017 and 2018 Bedow recorded 15 episodes of the podcast Grafisk Design where he interviews some of the most influential designers in the Swedish graphic design community[10]. Bedow’s work has been published in design books and magazines such as Fantastic Man (magazine), Monocle (UK magazine), Process Journal, Wallpaper (magazine) and The Washington Post.
