P.Kulandai Velu is an Indian politician and former Mayor of the Madurai Corporation (1996 - 2001).^[1] He is a audit committee member in Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party Tamilnadu and member of Madurai DMK responsive team.^[2]
