Praveen Kumar Chintala Reddy, (born 13 November 1984) is an Indian professional rugby player, Head Coach and Regional Head for the American Football Federation of India(AFFI) and the founding/managing director of Chintala Sports Pvt, Ltd^[1]. Praveen is also the celebrated League Director for Telangana Premier Kabaddi League^[2].

Early life

Praveen was born on 13 November 1984 in Parapatla village, Kalikiri Mandal, Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh. As years passed by, Praveen has moved to Tirupathi to pursue his education where he has found his love for sports, primarily American Football.

Playing Career

Praveen played as a flanker and a wing during his successful stint in Rugby. Praveen has been a sportsman most all his life and that rendered into him setting up a Sports Management company to ensure budding sportspersons have a chance at the centre stage as well. He has been a professional rugby player and has gone on to play a crucial role in developing and coaching the game in the South Indian region. He has also been the Head Coach and Regional Head-South India for the Elite Football League of India^[3]. From 2011 -14, Praveen was the Director of Operations for Movva Sports post his specialized training with the Oklahoma Thunders Football Team, USA. He was the Vice President of United Basketball League India and is currently serving as the Technical Director of the American Football Federation of India and National Team Head Coach.

Indian Army

Praveen had a brief stint with the Indian Military Police Corps too where his sportsmanship had put him on a high pedestal.
