Their styles of music complement each other as PueZee Deejay style is smooth and fluent with relatable and captivating lyrics, while JaHZeal sings with a powerful voice with catchy sing along melodies. Early lifeBoth artists first started out as solo acts, until both were employed to the same company in September 2013. They both began sharing their talent and interest in music, which eventually lead to them discovering they both share the same taste in music. PueZee & JaHZeal then decided on becoming one act in December of that same year (2013) after a few collabs which proved them doing great music together. As Songwriters they also compose their own lyrics, melodies and hooks that are built on educating, uplifting, inspiring and entertaining their audiences. The RiseTheir main aim and work presently as a duo is geared towards launching the EP entitled, “Good Youth Bad World,” which consist of songs such as, “Never Give Up,” “Where are You Now,” and “Build the Youths.” Both have already completed one of the main track for this project entitled, “Build the youths,” and this single is already in the process of promotions. This track has already been chosen as the theme track for Stanley & Empress productions “Talk up Youths” program, which airs September 9th, 2015, on TVJ. PueZee & JaHZeal’s aim in the music industry is to bring a difference to genres classified as Dancehall and Reggae. A quote often used by the two musicians are, “we don’t do GENRES, we do music.” However if their music should be linked to a genre, it would be Souls Dancehall/Reggae genre. This is because they do very soulful music on upbeat and high tempo instrumentals. With this being said, PueZee & JaHZeal look towards walking in the footsteps of and surpassing the heights of previous Dancehall Duos ”Tanto Metro & Devonte” and ”Chaka Demus & Pliers”, Through their clean, clear, conscious and pulsating “Souls Dancehall/Reggae” music.
