The festival is conducted by the RIFF Film Club. The Rajasthan International Film Festival was founded in 2013 by Founder & CEO, Somendra Harsh.[1] The 5th RIFF, organized by RIFF Film Club, is slated for 19th January 2019 with the Mega Award Ceremony taking place on 23rd January 2019. Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt and Anup Jalota have been associated with RIFF as Advisers since it's inception.
