He is also the founder Trustee of Inspire India Trust and has run large social campaigns for young Indian people. Early lifeRaju Ravitej was born in Jammikunta village in Karimnagar district of Telangana State of India.[1] Cross-cultural workIn the beginning of his career Raju Ravitej founded the firm Eurisko, which has been providing a range of services in the field of cross-cultural awareness to diplomatic organisations, multinational corporations, public sector organisations, political parties, NGOs, and small & medium enterprises (SMEs) doing business with India. He was closely working with The British High Commission, KPMG – London, Satyam Computer Services Group, Nokia and Hughes Software Systems conducting trainings and workshops for employees.[1][2] He wrote 12 books, among them are books used in Business schools, books for children and young people, as well as biographies and philosophy.[1] In 2002 created a non-profit organisation Inspire India, specializing in mass awareness programs, educational programs, skill development and program community projects. It's mission is to shape social change.[3][4] In 2003 organized talk show with woman achivers in Hyderabad for a non-profit organisation Nirnaya[5], Telangana, conducting the whole program. The speakers who participated in the event were Bachendri Pal, Nandita Das, Kalpana Alexander, Suman Kumar, Jyotsna Renu, Indira Jena[6]. The funds raised from the event were used to finance education for girl children from the slums located in Addagutta.[7] In 2010 he launched the Tapas campaign. [8][9] The aim of this campaign was to help in the character formation of young people and to help develop communication and choice-making skills and to educate them about sense of purpose for life. The campaign was inaugurated by Mallika Sarabhai, danseuse and social activist. [10] More than 1500 institutions participated in this educative program.[8] In 2011 he was invited to lecture to students of Hamburg University in Germany on cross-cultural challenges of India and Germany.[11] In 2015 he started a non-profit organisation called Good Will Society, created to provide cross-cultural experience for Indian youth.[12][13][14][15][16] Politics and PhilosophyRaju Ravitej is the co-author of the ‘ISM’ (Ideology, Statements and Manifesto) released in 2014[17], ideology book for political party Jana Sena, an Indian political party in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.[18] Pawan Kalyan, when asked about the book in the interview stated that "It’s just a book of what I and Raju Ravitej feel about the goings-on around us. A product of six years of hard toil, poring over notes many a night"[18].The film director Ram Gopal Varma harshly criticized the book in an open letter, where he stated that Raju Ravitej misrepresented the idea of co-author Pawan Kalyan, the leader of Jana Sena.
