Rat Fancy is an American indie band from Los Angeles, California. Founded in 2016, the group consists of singer, songwriter and guitarist Diana Barraza and songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Gregory Johnson.

Biography

Diana Barraza and Gregory Johnson formed Rat Fancy in 2016, writing an EP, recorded in their bedroom in Northeast Los Angeles. In 2017, Rat Fancy debuted live at SXSW and signed to indie label Happy Happy Birthday To Me Records. In 2018, they were featured on SXSW’s Music Blogger List.^[1]

Releases

Rat Fancy released their EP ‘Suck A Lemon’ in 2017, on HHBTM Records, performed and written by Barraza and Johnson.

Their first full-length album will be released in 2019 on Happy Happy Birthday To Me Records.
