Residue is a rock band formed in 2010 in Austin, Texas. The band has released a number of freely distributed singles^[1], including "Out of Embers", "A World of Man" and "The Divide". The band is currently comprised of Josh Fontenot (drums), Corey Trahan (guitar/vocals), Donavon Cavanaugh (guitar) and John Bock (bass). Residue has consistently toured Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi as a regional act. The rock band has played with numerous national acts through the years, including Candlebox, Trivium (band), The Nixons, Adema, Powerman 5000, Hurt (band) and Papa Roach. The band is currently endorsed by Dirtbag Clothing. Residue's music is a blend of electronic and rock genres, with lyrical content leaning towards religion, politics and life in a hostile universe. The band is currently managed by Lost-N-Lyrics productions.
