{{DISPLAYTITLE:Ridi Kurtezi}}Ridi Kurtezi is an Albanian diplomat born in Tirana on May 12, 1974 and is currently serving his country as Ambassador to Montenegro. Ambassador Kurtezi joined the Albanian Diplomatic Service back in 1997, right after graduating from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and the George Marshall Centre for Strategic Studies. Since joining the Foreign Service, Ambassador Kurtezi has been serving his country at different positions, at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in Tirana or in the diplomatic missions in Vienna, Qatar and Madrid. During his long diplomatic career, he has served several times as the Chief of State Protocol. In 2010, Ridi Kurtezi was promoted to serve his country as Ambassador to the State of Qatar and later in 2014 as Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain and nonresident Ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco, Andorra, and the World Tourism Organisation. Ambassador Ridi Kurtezi speaks English, Russian and Spanish fluently. He is married to Ina Kurtezi and they are parents of Maja and Sven.
