Kenneth McKechnie usually known by the pseudonym and pen-name of Robert Moon, is an Scottish novelist and former Special Air Service reservist. In 2013 he won a Fulbright International Scholarship Award for research at North Western University Chicago, comparing police forensic data gathering methodologies in relation to road deaths. This research proposed greater use of photogrammetry in crime scene measurement.
