He is an active Latter Day Saint. Ross grew up in Hamilton just outside of Glasgow where he lived until he left to serve a 2 year LDS mission in Portugal in 2000. Ross graduated from Earnock High School in Hamilton and attended the University of Glasgow. After moving to Utah, Ross founded Avant8: a digital agency that focuses on brand strategy and development. The company provides marketing services to domestic and international companies such as Energy Solutions, 3Form, Noah's Event Venues & doTerra. In 2014 Ross was included on Utah Business Magazines 40 under 40[1] list. Ross has consulted for several Global enterprises that specialize in access control, and secure payment processing, managing regional and international teams. Ross began his career focusing on the Entertainment industry, working with various venues and events across Europe. He later took his skills into a more traditional business climate, starting a number successful (and currently operational) companies, as well as consulting for International organizations. In 2014 Ross was included on Utah Business Magazines 40 under 40[1] list. Aside from his own projects Ross has contributed and been interviewed by several industry publications, such as Forbes[2] and CMO.com[3]. He also regularly presents and provides training for executive teams all over the Western United States. In his free time, Ross sits on the Board of Directors for 2 pediatric cancer charities, The Tyler Robinson Foundation [4] and Millie’s Princess Foundation contributing to their overall strategy, fundraising and business development efforts.
