Sanjeev Beniwal is currently a Member of Legislative Assembley representing the constituency of Bhadra from BJP situated in Hanumangarg district^[1] He was also member of 11th Assembly of Rajasthan from 1998-2013 representing Bhadra contituency on Indian National Congress ticket.^[2] Born in an agriculturist family from small village of Gandhi Bari^[3] in Tehsil Bhadra to Sh Daya Ram Beniwal who was also MLA and Pradhan from Bhadra in the year of 1966. He started his schooling in the Government Senior Secondary School and Graduated from Kurukshetra University in 1988. He is a double postgraduate in the subject of Social Science and History form Ajmer University.

Bhartiya Janta Party won for the first time from Bhadra(Rajasthan Assembly Constituency) under the candidature of him.^[4]

He has always been vocal regarding the issues the youth and farmers are facing today and his steps for youth empowerment have often been appreciated. Since, he belongs to a family of farmers he has been raising the voice of poor farmers in his question raised in Vidhan Sabha. Under his tenure Bhadra got its first Government College in the year 2018 which will hugely benefit poor students of the rural areaa nearby the city of Bhadra. Multiple number of Schools have been upgraded to senior Secondary schools in Bhadra Constituency in his current tenure as MLA.
