Scott Kumamoto was born on October 24, 1986 in Los Angeles California. He stayed in LA until he married Angela Verbencour at the age of 24 and they moved to Orange County [1]. Scott is the son of Grace and Frank Kumamoto, and the brother of Brian. It was in high school that Scott met Angela and up until his sophomore year at the University of California Irvine they were together. After one year broken up the couple got back together and have been a strong and admirable couple since then. As previously stated, the couple was married at the age of 24 and had their first born child at 28 years of age. It was a boy named Riley Scott Kumamoto born on May 5 1996. Two years later came a baby girl, Emma Christine Kumamoto in the Spring of 1998. And finally another baby girl finished off the Kumamoto family. Chloe Elizabeth was born on August 17 2001. In college, Scott studied biochemical engineering with internships and jobs involving the International Space Station. He had always known he wanted to work as an engineer and now works for a major American towing company as their head technical engineer. He is based in Fullerton, California but now resides in south Orange County with the rest of his family.[2] Now with on child graduated from college, one abroad in Barcelona, and the baby of the family a senior in high school, Scott has increased his interest in swimming. Two to three times during the week and everyday on the weekend, Scott swims laps in the community pool. Occasionally, Scott and his close-knit friend group will even challenge themselves with an ocean session.
