Wallace was raised in Buckingham, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Haverford College with a bachelor's degree and Villanova University School of Law with a Juris Doctor. In the 1980s, Wallace worked for the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary and served as legal counsel for the United States Senate Committee on Veterans' Affairs.[1] Wallace is the co-chair of the Wallace Global Fund, a non-profit foundation.[2] In the 2018 elections, Wallace is running for the United States House of Representatives in {{ushr|PA|1}}. Wallace defeated Rachel Reddick and Steve Bacher in the primary election, and will face incumbent Brian Fitzpatrick in the general election.[3] Wallace is the grandson of Henry A.
