Sensu has a supported version of the software also (Sensu Enterprise). HistorySensu software is developed and supported by Sensu Inc., established in 2017 and venture funded by Battery Ventures and Foundry Group. Sensu was designed to address the problem of ephemeral cloud environments and avoid false alerts when a container or VM is shutdown intentionally. The founders were originally the principals at Heavywater Inc., an IT Consulting company. CommunitySensu Core is freely available under the MIT license on Github.
