Senthilkumaran Subramanian (born 18th July, 1967) is an Indian businessman, co-founder.[1] of Essaar Engineers, engaged in real estate industry. He has great interest in Tamil language and literature. Early life and educationSenthilkumaran was born and raised in a village called Vinnamangalam, Thanjavur district. His father Dr. P.Subramanian is a Tamil professor, earned doctorate for his research on Kambaramayanam and is an author of more than 10 books. He had completed Diploma in Civil Engineering(CDCE) in Nachimuthu polytechnic, Pollachi(1987) and passed Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (A.I.M.E). He was the student leader for 2 years during his studies. CareerIn 1991, he along with D.A Saravanan co-founded Essaar Engineers in Trichy. They specialise in constructing residential bungalows, apartments and commercial buildings in and around Trichy city. Personal LifeSenthilkumaran is married to Chithirai Selvi(D/O of S.Rajappa Virudhullar – Executive officer, HR&CE) and have two children. His son Sinthanai Sirpi is doing schooling and his daughter Vetrithirumagal is married to Thilak and settled at Singapore. He had travelled to Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Hongkong, Macau, Thailand, Russia and Dubai.
