Sergey Ryabtsev (born September 11, 1958) is a classically-trained Russian folk fiddler who plays the violin in the Gypsy punk band Gogol Bordello. He moved to New York in 1994 and became a member of Gogol Bordello in 2000, after meeting lead singer Eugene Hütz at a night club where he was working.^[1]
