Mason Moore, aka "Seyet", is an American rapper. He was born on December 29, 2003, in Arcadia, CA. He was raised in Rancho Cucomonga, California, and is now fifteen years of age. Growing up, Seyet was introduced to rap music and hip hop as a genre from a young age. The first rap song he remembers hearing and loving is Eminem's "Lose Yourself". At the early age of ten, he knew he wanted to be a rapper, and that nothing was going to stop him. He began by starting a book of rhymes, because he knew all good rappers had them and needed them for their lyrics. He felt a certain satisfaction within rhyming words and connecting syllables. He started out just writing down rhyming words and phrases for a year. He then began writing stories and movie scripts, because acting and directing also interested him at the time. He eventually got around to researching more as he became more mature, and at the age of thirteen, he wrote his first real rap song. It was a diss track aimed at a school bully, but it was enough to make the young Mason fall in love with hip hop. References |
