Somireddy ChandraMohan Reddy (born 1956) is an Indian politician from the state of Andhra Pradesh. He is a member of the Telugu Desam Party. He was elected to the state assembly in 1994 and 1999. He lost in the general elections 2004, 2009 and 2014. He is a TDP spokesperson and troubleshooter.

Reddy is currently serving as Agricultural Minister in Chandrababu Naidu's cabinet. He lost in 2014 general elections against to his opponent Kakani Govardhan Reddy with a slight majority of 5,446 votes.

The TDP supreme recognized his service to the party and awarded him MLC and invited him to join his cabinet.
