Sons of Chaos is a historically inspired 2019 graphic novel written and illustrated by Chris Jaymes with art by Ale Aragon, with a cover by Dave Palumbo. The comic is a fictional retelling of the Greek War for Independence in 1821 and the events leading up to it from the perspective of Macros Botsaris and Ali Pasha.[1] Publication and awardsEach page of the novel is illustrated as a double-page spread, making the individual pages twice as wide as a normal comic. Creator and writer Chris Jaymes working for 9 years creating the book, alongside Argentinian artist Ale Aragon. The cover art is from Dave Palumbo with design elements from Cody Tilson, along with veteran editor M. Huehner and colorist Hi-Fi Design.
