The Subaru Crosstreck (formally the Subaru XV Crosstreck, and the Impreza XV in some markets) is a compact SUV (crossover) manufactured and marketed by Subaru since 2012 for the 2013 model year.[1] Originally marketed as the XV Crosstreck, the XV prefix was removed from the name in 2015 for the 2016 model year. The vehicle was a Subaru Impreza Hatchback raised to have 8.7 inches of ground clearance, and was offered in 3 trims: Touring, Sport, and Limited. The base Touring model included a 6-speaker audio system with an auxiliary jack, USB input, Bluetooth phone integration, and a retractable cargo cover. Other features were electric power steering, a front armrest with storage, an automatic climate control system, dual vanity mirrors, power windows with driver's auto up/down, body color door handles, and power adjustable heated mirrors. The vehicle also had automatic headlamps, roof rails, 17-inch aluminum wheels, rear privacy glass, front/rear windshield wiper de-icers, fog lights, a 4.3-inch color multi-function display, an MPG gauge, airbags (front, front seat side, side curtain), a LATCH seat anchor, chrome interior door handles, cloth door trim, cloth seating, heated seats, a rear armrest with cupholders, and a titanium interior finish. The Sport trim added HID headlights, a rear spoiler, a sunroof, a leather shiftier, and a leather wrapped steering wheel. The limited trim added a 6.1 inch GPS-enabled infotainment display (which could be controlled by voice), XM Satellite Radio with XM NAVTraffic, SMS capability, a rear-view camera, a dual zone automatic A/C system, chrome exterior door handles, and leather-trimmed upholstery. The limited trim removed the rear spoiler.
