He was born on 8th July 1957 in Marehra village of Etah district of Uttar Pradesh, India. His family belonged to Qadri Barkati chan of Sufism connected to Abdul Qadir Jilani of Baghdad. He got the education from Aligarh Muslim University and qualified for Indian Civil Services. He is instrumental in establishing Al Barkaat Management and Education Institutes, Al Barkat Public Schools at various places in north India[1]. He is the younger brother of Syed Muhammad Ameen Mian Qaudri, who is a Sufi leader and professor at Aligarh Muslim University.
