These articles are targeted at Africans and people in the forgotten corners of the world to learn about the evolution of IoT at the same time as others in the developed world and aspire to be leaders and not just followers in the field.[2]

Artificial Intelligence

The blog reports that African countries are still battling with issues related to the first, second and third industrial revolutions such as electricity, mechanisation of production and automation. Therefore, questions about Africa’s preparedness for the fourth industrial revolution are being raised: Is Africa catching up with the continual advancement in technology? [3] Through its stories and articles, TechEmpire hopes to bring AI closer to Africans in order to provoke technological revolution in Healthcare, Education and Agriculture sectors.

Blockchain Technology

TechEmpire publishes articles on how Africa can use Blockchain Technology to solve its Problems. Some of these include using blockchain to instil trust in e-voting for elections in Africa and using exchanges secured by cryptography to solve the problem of instability and poor financial & physical infrastructure.[4]
