Career

After graduating in 1991, Ganesan did his first internship with a company called Sverdrup Corporations in New York. It was a four month internship where he was paid $14 per hour. He had to study the air flow inside the city tunnels (amount of carbon monoxide emitted by vehicles inside the city tunnels). His desire to make a difference paved his way into the world of entrepreneurship.

Ganesan started his first venture Vision Tech Solutions. He continued to grow his first company through mergers and acquisitions. As a next step, Tel consolidated the Engineering, IT staffing and Software Development firms under the Kyyba umbrella in a single location and renamed the company as Kyyba Inc. After the Great Recession, he focused more on organic growth. Kyyba diversified into other industries, setting the stage for growth. In 2016, Ganesan became the Chairman of Kyyba Inc.

In 2017, in order to help fellow Michigan entrepreneurs, he founded Kyyba Innovations. Also in 2017, he founded a production and distribution company called Kyyba Films. He co-produced 2 horror movies- Devil's Night: Dawn of Nain Rouge and Celebrity Crush, both of which were scheduled to be released in 2019.[1]
