}}Terry Alexander Ejeh also known as Terry Akpala is a Nigerian-born recording artist, he was born in Ajegunle, Lagos, State of Nigeria.[1]

Early life and education

Terry was born on 31 October 1988 in Lagos, Nigeria. He is a native of Isoko in Delta State Nigeria. He had both his primary and secondary school educations in Lagos State. He also graduated from the University of lagos.[2]

Career

As a teenager, he liked playing empty can{{clarify}} and usually sang his fancied rhymes to his friend. From that he became a drummer at the local church. The church drummer later turns to singer often perform his native songs. He eventually joined the Mezo Soprano group of which he was their vocalist. He came into light when the group earned the first prize of the competition organised by Kanu Heart Foundation.[3]
