Personal life, education, and career

Spencer earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science, Masters of Science in Economics and a Doctorate in Economics from University of Utah.^[4] He is an Attorney by profession. Mr Spencer is married to Sharon Spencer and they are the parents of four children: William, Michael, Jon, and Alexis. Terry and Sharon live in Syracuse, Utah.

Political career

Mr. Spencer was the former chairman of the Utah State Judiciary Committee.^[5]
