ProductionDevelopmentOn May 9, 2018, it was announced that YouTube Premium had given a pilot production commitment to a television series adaptation of the 2016 film The Edge of Seventeen. The pilot was expected to be written by Annabel Oakes and executive produced by the film's writer/director Kelly Fremon Craig.
