释义 {{AFC submission|t||ts=20181107040704|u=Michael A. Christian|ns=118|demo=}}

The law of jealousies is found in Numbers chapter 5 of King James bible verses 11 to 31.

Here is Christian biblical meaning: The law of jealousies foretells the birth of Jesus Christ the Son of God.

Here is Christian expanded explanation:

"Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments."- Exodus chapter 20 verses 3 to 6.

Exodus shows what makes God jealous according to bible. The law of jealousies refer to this. The adulteress refers to "Israel". The faithful wife refers to "Judah".

"And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also. And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks. And yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah hath not turned unto me with her whole heart, but feignedly, saith the LORD."- Jeremiah chapter 3 verses 8 to 10.

The adulteress(non faithful) is under the curse but not faithful wife.

"For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them. Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith."- Galatians chapter 3 verses 10 to 14.

The dust of the tabernacle refers to a man from heaven.

"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."- Genesis chapter 2 verse 7.

The tabernacle is where God is among people in Old Testament like heaven. The faithful wife is made free and conceives seed. That seed is man from heaven the Son of God referring to Jesus Christ in the bible.

“And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.”- 1 Corinthians chapter 15 verse 45.

The Holy Water points to Holy Spirit.

"And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God."- Luke chapter 1 verses 31 to 35. This law of jealousies was fulfilled when Jesus Christ was born. All verses from King James Version bible.
