The next two do not mention it at all, not even the name.

The references should be about the organization not the thing they offer. For example, if I were to create an article about Apple, I should cite references related to the company, not smartphones or computers in general that do not mention it at all. It's Boothsift 05:39, 22 January 2019 (UTC)}}

Therapeutic Riding of Tucson (TROT)

Therapeutic Riding of Tucson (TROT) is a non-profit organization in Tucson, Arizona helping children and adults with special needs and disabilities through therapeutic horseback riding. TROT also offers a specifically designed program for Veterans. TROT’s mission statement – “Enriching the lives of people with special needs using equine assisted activities and therapies to improve physical, mental, social, and emotion well-being.”

History

TROT was founded in 1974 by Nancy McGibbon and Barbara Rector and began offering therapy and rehabilitation services at Bazy Tankersley’s Al-Marah Farms in Tucson, utilizing horses to aid the disabled. TROT is one of the first programs of its kind in the United States. In 1986, a long-term lease agreement was drafted for TROT’s present home on Woodland Road between Therapeutic Riding of Tucson and Pima County.

Therapeutic Riding

TROT’s programs benefit both children and adults through equine activities and therapies.[1] TROT helps its participants with skills such as improving balance, coordination, motor skills, speech, and communication skills[2] through the use of well-trained therapy horses, certified professionals, and volunteers. TROT also provides support to  veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder[3]. Therapeutic riding has been clinically proven effective in addressing a variety of mental health and human development needs including behavioral issues[4], attention deficit disorder, PTSD, substance abuse, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and relationship problems[5]

Volunteers and Certification

TROT’s highly trained staff includes Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH, Intl). certified riding instructors and licensed therapists. TROT is supported by hundreds of volunteers and a herd of special and highly trained horses. Each student at TROT has up to three volunteers to assist with mounting, riding, and dismounting. The TROT staff work with parents/caregivers, and riders to set appropriate goals for each participant. The instructors, with the support of a skilled team of volunteers and horses, enable many students to develop independent riding skills.  In all equine activities, safety is of paramount importance.
