Virtual Non-governmental organisations commonly referred to as virtual NGOs are usually social services organisations independent of government and government sectors and are not registered as NGOs in government records but believing in power of Internet they bring out their existence virtually that is by online presence. These organisations instead of getting themselves registered with government of India, register with Google to make virtual presence. These organisations are active in humanitarian, educational, health care, public policy, social, human rights, environmental, and other areas to affect changes according to their objectives.
