Production

The film was shot entirely in one continuous 119 minute take. The actors and camera operators rehearsed on location for three weeks, and the entire film was shot a total of five times.^[2] The released film is take five.^[3]

Release

The film played at film festivals such as the Sedona Film Festival and the St. Louis International Film Festival - where it received the Technical Brilliance Award.^[4]{{dead link|date=March 2019}} The Wedding Party was released on VOD on 13 June 2017.^[5]

In August 2017, the film was released on Netflix.^[6]
