{{AFC submission|d|nn|u=46.226.136.14|ns=118|decliner=CASSIOPEIA|declinets=20181116063535|ts=20181116045824}} CERT Estonia or CERT-EE belongs to a network of CERTs (Computer Emergency Response Team) or CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team), that investigates incidents related to cybersecurity solves them. In September 2017 CERT-EE was certified by the Trusted Introducer (TI), where CERT-EE is now the 6th certified national CERT. There are more than 300 CERTs in the world but only 22 are certified, 6 are national CERTs. Rest of the 16 belong to a private sector. ServicesCERT-EE offers its constituents following services: - Incident response;
- Incident triage;
- Investigating whether indeed an incident occurred;
- Determining the extent of the incident;
- Incident coordination;
- Determining and contacting the involved organisations;
- Facilitating contact with other parties including law enforcement, if needed;
- Asking for reports and/or composing reports, depending on the involved organisations, incident type and severity;
- Communicating with media, if necessary
- Incident resolution;
- Advising the involved organisation(s) on appropriate measures;
- Following up the incident solution process;
- Collecting evidence and interpreting data, if applicable;
- Proactive Activities;
- Providing relevant information on threats, trends and remedies to their constituency (and/or media, if necessary) to raise security awareness and competence;
- Collecting contact information of local security teams;
- Providing for a for community building and information exchange within the constituency;
- Active monitoring of Estonia's cyberspace.
