Uri Aran (born 1977, Jerusalem) is an American artist who lives and works in New York. Aran is a multidisciplinary artist who works in video, sculpture, and drawing. Aran has studied at the Cooper Union (2003), and studied Design at the Bezalel Academy Jerusalem (2004), before graduating with an MFA in Visual Arts from Columbia University, New York (2007).[1] He has exhibited internationally at Sadie Coles HQ, London, Gavin Brown's enterprise, New York/ Rome, Kunsthalle Zurich, Switzerland, The High Line, New York, and Gladstone Gallery, New York.
