He began a career in Real Estate and investments in his early 20’s as an entrepreneur in the restaurant and wine industries. The opportunity and relationship he developed lead him to dabble in entertainment starting with two YouTube channels. After participating in the social media space, Victor became a partner in Bad Ass Media in which he collaborated with Hoplite Entertainment to executive produce Foxy Ladies, Drone Wars, Recipe Hunters, Jelly Ballers and Ink Therapy. Victor and his partners, Jim Swanson and Johnny Fratto, moved on to launch Fratto Entertainment (FE), which will produce both scripted and reality TV along with feature films. This fall, FE will begin production on feature length films The Toybox, a horror film and Swaggy Saves Christmas, a holiday comedy. In new development, Victor and his production team have partnered with Strawberry Pictures Global Media which is owned and operated by the Uslan’s (Michael E. Uslan and son, David M. Uslan) who own the rights to Batman. Together they will co-produce the feature film Marvel and D.C. as well as the feature films Fallen Angel, Spin Angeles and Fish Police. Victor and his partners have a library of television projects in the works with Anthony E. Zuiker creator and executive producer of the CSI franchise.
