Walter Byers Sommerville (October 7, 1854 - YEAR) was a Justice of the Louisiana Supreme Court from March 18, 1911 to 1921.

Born in New Orleans, La. Prior to his elevation he was Assistant City Attorney, and Judge of the Civil District Court.^[1]
