Waybetter is a series of mobile applications that hosts online fitness competitions. Players stake a monetary bet, usually $40, and players who fail to meet the criteria are eliminated. Players remaining at the end of the competition split the pot. Waybetter was founded in 2012 by Jamie Rosen after being inspired by office weight loss competitions.
