The Story of SamMustSwim [https://sammustswim.com/ Sam Must Swim] is made up of 5 friends who decided to play together. All five have day jobs in tech and other industries. They were united by their passion for music. They started jamming in a studio near the Business Districts for fun until they decided to self-produce an album titled, Let's Get Wet. They launched the first album on October 20, 2010, at Hard Rock Cafe Makati. What Inspires ThemTheir collective experiences drove them to create music that aims to inspire others to create their own. They were always fascinated with people and the stories that they tell, celebrating each moment of life from birth to the beyond. Their InfluencesThey call their music genre RockWave (the fusion of Rock and New Wave) as they all grew up in the 80s. Most of our songs tell the story of love, loss and getting up again. They bring you places and timelines that resonate through the best (and worse) times of your life.
