While The Atlantic is, it is not in-depth as required to establish notability. The organization is likely notable, but you will need to do a few things before this can be reviewed. First, you need to disclose any COI you may have, including following the guidelines associated with PAID. All copyright and trademark symbols need to be removed. You will also need to replace the references with those more reliable. I did a quick search and there are plenty from the Detroit Free Press and others. The Welding Journal is a trade publication and while it can be used as a source, it is not good for establishing notability. Once you have finished, you can ping me here or reach out to me on my talk page and I will come back to review. Good luck. Women Who Weld is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that teaches women how to weld and find employment in the welding industry.[1]

Women Who Weld offers 3 training models: an annual, 6-week intensive welding training program that is free of charge for unemployed and underemployed women; year-round, low-cost, week-long intensive training classes; and year-round, low-cost, single-day introductory workshops.[2]

Women Who Weld was created by Samantha Farr in 2014. [1] Samantha holds a Master in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan.
