It was created by Soham Inc., a company co-founded in 2010 by Sudheer Koneru, Dheeraj Koneru, Saritha Katikaneni and Anand Arvind.[1] The company is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington.[2][3] HistorySudheer Koneru, a former Microsoft executive, invested with his brother Dheeraj in a chain of health clubs and spas, Latitudes Health Club and Tangerine Spas around 2004. During these years of experience in the wellness and beauty industry, they noticed the lack of reliable and easy to use software that met all players' expectations. As a result, Koneru co-founded ManageMySpa in 2010 as a web-based software for service industries including spas, salons, skin clinics, slimming centers and medical spas.[4] ManageMySpa initially was a software as a service (SaaS) offering point of sale (billing), appointment booking, inventory and employee management and a mobile solution.[5][6] In October 2015, ManageMySpa changed its name to Zenoti, supposedly to better reflect the nature of its operations including wellness, fitness ad beauty operators.[7] OperationsZenoti helps companies manage their administrative operations, comply with standard operating procedures (SOP) and centralize data for better decision making.
