Zhang Siyong (Chinese ：张思永） born in 1973 is a painter, Beijing based curator for contemporary art and galleries director.[1] BiographyBorn in Nanchang, jiangxi, Zhang Siyong graduated from Peking University in Philosophy, an in painting, design, history of arts and aesthetics from the Central Academy of Fine Arts.[2] From 1993 to 2003 he was deidcated to his artistic career, featuring in more than 20 exhibitions in China and internationally. In 2000 he founded the Beijing Millennium Art gallery and later became the Curator and Director of Art of Beijing Hanwei International Art Centre.[3] He has been the organizer and curator of international exhibits such as the "China Exhibit" at the Florence Biennale IX in 2013[4], in 2017 the Curator of "At in China" at the Comparison Salon of Art Capital in the Grand Palais, in Paris, the joint curator of the "Hungarian Contemporary Art" Exhibit in 2018 and the curator of "Emergence" Chinese Contemporary Art Exhibit in Toronto, Canada.
