He is a guitarist in the bands OneRepublic and Debate Team. Biography and careerDrew comes from Broomfield, Colorado. In 2004, he moved to Los Angeles, where he teamed up with Ryan Tedder and Zach Filkins.[1] In January 2011, Drew got involved in a side-project with the power pop band Debate Team, with OK Go drummer Dan Konopka, Hush Sound guitarist Robert (Bob) Morris and vocalist Ryan McNeill. releasing an EP, entitled "Wins Again"[2] OneRepublicDrew has been a guitar player for OneRepublic since 2005. He also co-wrote many songs for the band, including "Say (All I Need)", "Stop and Stare", "All Fall Down," "Tyrant," and "Wont Stop" from their debut album Dreaming Out Loud and the title track from the second album Waking Up, as well as "Feel Again" and "Love Runs Out" from the band's third album, Native.
