The Dudek Action is a Polish single-place, paraglider that was designed and produced by Dudek Paragliding of Bydgoszcz. It is now out of production.[1]

Design and development

The Action was designed as an advanced and competition glider and made from Skytex material with Technora lines. The models are each named for their relative size.[1]

Operational history

Reviewer Noel Bertrand described the Action in a 2003 review as "technically very elaborate".[1]

Variants

Action M

Medium-sized model for mid-weight pilots. Its {{convert|12.29|m|ft|1|abbr=on}} span wing has a wing area of {{convert|27.81|m2|sqft|abbr=on}}, 65 cells and the aspect ratio is 5.43:1. The pilot weight range is {{convert|80|to|105|kg|lb|0|abbr=on}}. The glider model is AFNOR Performance certified.[1]

Action L

Large-sized model for heavier-weight pilots. Its {{convert|12.72|m|ft|1|abbr=on}} span wing has a wing area of {{convert|29.80|m2|sqft|abbr=on}}, 65 cells and the aspect ratio is 5.43:1. The pilot weight range is {{convert|95|to|125|kg|lb|0|abbr=on}}. The glider model is AFNOR Performance certified.[1]

Action XL

Extra large-sized model for even heavier pilots. Its {{convert|13.17|m|ft|1|abbr=on}} span wing has a wing area of {{convert|31.92|m2|sqft|abbr=on}}, 65 cells and the aspect ratio is 5.43:1. The pilot weight range is {{convert|115|to|140|kg|lb|0|abbr=on}}.[1]
