He played college football for the Memphis Tigers. Hill was drafted by the Rams in the second round of the 1979 NFL Draft. He was traded from the Rams to the Dolphins in 1981.[1] Personal lifeOn March 30, 1989, Hill was arrested for possession of cocaine, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The next day, he was released on a US$1000 bond.[2] In recent years, Hill has remitting brain cancer.
