Biography

Adrián Nario was born in New Jersey. When he was 8 years old, he moved to Montevideo, Uruguay, where he resided until 2005 when he moved to Miami, Florida.^[2][2]

His parents left him alone at home when they went to work, so he knew the adult channels of cable television.^[2] He recorded pornography off the television to show to his friends.^[2][6]

In 2005, Adrián decides to make videos to have fun with his friends, with a content of humor satirical irreverent foul, sexist, eschatological and obscene, where he mocks taboo subjects such as sex and parodies of famous movies with own montages, capturing the attention online in Latin America.^[3][2][9] He created his own website called elbananero.com to upload his videos and share them with his co-workers, who told other friends and thus was viral with his pseudonym of El Bananero, name with which he was called an ex-girlfriend.^[2][11][4] A year later, after the creation of YouTube, he opened his channel in which he also uploaded his videos.^[2] He made a basic video per week during the first three months, after one year his content came to have visits of 15000 to 20000 people, becoming a internet celebrity, or as he calls himself "Class B celebrity", being popular among adolescents aged 15 years.^[2] Usually their pace at the time of creating a video is weeks or months, this did not affect the early years because they did not lose news, however today the trends are proliferating that lose momentum soon.^[2]

Videos

Among its content is the "Trailerazos", which are trailers in parody of Hollywood movies with original content of the movies.^[5][11] On the "Trailerazos" are El Hombre que araña "The Man who Spider" (spoof of Spider-Man) , Harry el Sucio Potter "Harry The Dirty Potter" (parody of Harry Potter who got over a hundred million views at the time), El Impotente Hulk "The Impotent Hulk" (parody of Hulk), etc.^[2][11][6] The parody of the animated series He-Man made by El Bananero is "Iván el Trolazo", which is why they closed the YouTube channel to be was claimed by Mattel, however, opened another channel with which it reached in 2016 to the million subscribers.^[3][7][8] Among his featured videos is "Muñeca System".^[2]

Due to the graphic content in their videos, where they usually show the sexual organs, their videos have been removed from the platform, so they began to put a poster of censorship in those parts of the video for their version on YouTube, while on its website keeps its in censorship.^[9]

In January 2015, El Bananero surprise his followers in Twitter, by posting a photograph next to one of the pornstar most popular of the time, Mia Khalifa, with whom he uploaded a video for his channel called Mia Khalifa vs La Muñeca Psicótica System (Mia Khalifa vs the Psychotic Doll System).^[10]

Latin American Shows

In addition to earning a living in a daily job like audiovisual producer and as youtuber, it also performs tours by Latin America since 2014.^[3][7] A presented his stand up comedy show with tone for seniors in countries like Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, Argentina, Ecuador, Mexico, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, among others.^{[3][11][6][12][8][1]}

In 2016, in a live television interview for CNN Chile, El Bananero said goodbye showing a penis drawn on his breast, and expressed wanting to teach the virile member on CNN before he said goodbye.^[13]
