Built as the Eagle Insurance Offices it was later occupied by Orion Insurance[2] and was Hudson's Coffee House until late 2011, It is currently Java Lounge Coffee House ({{As of|2015|07|lc=y}}). Completed in 1900, it was designed in an Arts and Crafts style by William Lethaby and Joseph Lancaster Ball. Pevsner's The Buildings of England: Warwickshire describes it as "one of the most original buildings of its date in England"[2] and Foster's Birmingham (Pevsner Architectural Guides) as "one of the most important monuments of the Arts and Crafts Free Style in the country".[3] Evenacre acquired the building in 2011 and undertook a £500,000 renovation of the building including restoration of the stone façade and interior works including a feature reception. In October 2014 CBRE started marketing the vacant building to potential tenants.[4] References1. ^{{NHLE|desc=|num=1343375|accessdate=13 November 2013}} 2. ^1 {{Cite book|last1=Pevsner |first1=Nikolaus |last2=Wedgwood|first2=Alexandra |title=The Buildings of England: Warwickshire|publisher=Yale University Press|year=1966|edition=2003|isbn=0-300-09679-8}} 3. ^{{cite book|last=Foster|first= Andy|authorlink=|coauthors=|editor=|others=|title=Birmingham|series=Pevsner Architectural Guides|year=2005|publisher=Yale University Press|location=London|isbn=0-300-10731-5|pages=93–95|chapter=Colmore Row}} 4. ^{{cite news|title=IHistoric Colmore Row building undergoes £500k refurb|url=http://www.birminghampost.co.uk/business/commercial-property/historic-colmore-row-building-undergoes-8005920|date=27 Oct 2014|work=Birmingham Post|accessdate=14 March 2014|location=Birmingham|first=|last=}} External links{{Commons category|Hudson's Coffee House}}
