She grew up in Queens, New York, and now lives in Dakar, Senegal.[1] She is an expert in East African financial product development and establishing practices in risk, governance and IT for local banks.[2][3] CareerRossiello has a Masters in International Finance from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. Prior to founding BitPesa, she was Deputy Director of Planet Rating's East and Southern African office, served as an Analyst at Credit Suisse in NY, London and Zurich, worked at Goldman Sachs and served as a Robert Bosch Fellow at the German Bundestag in Frankfurt.
