Early lifeVeals was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He went to Istrouma High School. Veals enrolled in Tulane University and played football for the Tulane Green Wave.[2][3] Professional careerVeals was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the eleventh round of the 1984 NFL draft.
