In 2003, after a battle in court over access to the name Survivor, this album would be re-released under his own name for Frontiers Records. Is a very solid, old-school AOR album, better than his previous, full of ballads and love anthems. The album highlight is the Baywatch hit theme song. Jamison carries the album with his warm and powerful voice.[2] As bonus tracks, it appears 3 live versions from his touring ("Burning Heart", "Rebel Son" and "Too Hot to Sleep") plus "Keep it Evergreen" (Christmas song) and he covers the number 2 hit song of the 1976 "Love is Alive" from Gary Wright.[3] Track listing{{Track listing| all_writing = | title1 = Cry Tough | length1 = 3:58 | writer1 = Carl Curtis | title2 = Run From The Thunder | length2 = 4:25 | writer2 = Kenny Mims | title3 = I'm Always Here | length3 = 4:03 | writer3 = Jimi Jamison, Cory Lerios & John d'Andrea | title4 = Empires | length4 = 6:40 | writer4 = Jimi Jamison, Jim Peterik & Frankie Sullivan | title5 = First Day Of Love | length5 = 3:55 | writer5 = Mike Lawler & Kenny Mims | title6 = Have Mercy | length6 = 4:23 | writer6 = Jimi Jamison, Kenny Mims & Kevin Stewart | title7 = Just Beyond The Clouds | length7 = 5:13 | writer7 = Kenny Mims | title8 = A Dream Too Far | length8 = 4:16 | writer8 = Kenny Mims | title9 = Love is Alive | length9 = 4:16 | writer9 = Kent Robbins | title10 = November Rain | length10 = 3:42 | writer10 = Jimi Jamison & Kenny Mims | title11 = Calling America | length11 = 4:11 | title12 = | length12 = | title13 = | length13 = | title14 = | length14 = | title15 = | length15 = | title16 = | length16 = | title17 = | length17 = | title18 = | length18 = | title19 = | length19 = | title20 = | length20 = | total_length = }}{{Track listing | headline = Bonus tracks | title12 = Keep it Evergreen | length12 = 4:19 | writer12 = Bobby Hart & Jimi Jamison | title13 = Too Hot to Sleep | length13 = 5:29 | writer13 = Jimi Jamison, Jim Peterik & Frankie Sullivan | title14 = Burning Heart | length14 = 4:20 | writer14 = Jim Peterik & Frankie Sullivan | title15 = Rebel Son | length15 = 4:57 | writer15 = Jimi Jamison, Jim Peterik & Frankie Sullivan | total_length = 68:03 }} Personnel
