The Estonian Public Service Academy is an institution of the Estonian Government which provides professional education for Estonian government officials. It was established in 1992 and is based in Tallinn. It has facilities in Pärnu County and Väike-Maarja Parish.

It has four specialist colleges:

police and border guard
rescue
correction
taxation and customs^[1]

Heiki Loot was the rector of the academy from 1998 to 2003.^[2]
